Pitcher is founded and led by Nora DiNuzzo. She is a highly accomplished growth leader with 20 years of experience across strategy, business development and marketing disciplines.

Nora has made the companies she’s worked with over $500 million and counting. She has pitched hundreds of brands and businesses – and she still loves to get in the room and work her magic with pitch teams.

She once thought she would be an agency lifer, having moved from intern to VP over the first 15 years of her career. But then she caught the entrepreneurial bug in 2021. Since then, Nora has helped hundreds of founders and leadership teams learn to love the process of growing their businesses – many for the first time.

Nora is personally committed to the development and success of underinvested founders – including woman-owned, BIPOC-owned and LGBTQ-owned businesses. She has also worked closely with many neurodiverse and disabled founders, and has adapted and aligned her proven growth strategies to their active capacity levels.

Nora is a founding member of the 4As Expert Network and 1st Gen Entrepreneurs. She is also an active member of ADCOLOR Entrepreneurs, Indie Agency News, and Own It. Nora has served on the Advisory Board for The Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Chatham University since 2022.
